Write down your feelings about the sight that you have soaked in today. How has your experience in China been different from what you are used to in Singapore?
Today we visited the museum of capital Beijing. I saw many artifacts and learnt about the culture and history of China like Qing Dynasty, Ming Dynasty and other Dynasties. I had learned a lot of things there.
Reflect on your home-stay experience, what have you learnt these past few days?
The home stay was fantastic. My buddy’s parents were very kind and friendly and they had bought me to different kind of places and eat different kind of foods that I have never eaten before.
What are you most nervous about? How have you overcome it?
I am very nervous about having difficulties communicating with my buddy’s dad as he looks very strict at first and do not talk a lot but at last I can communicate with him the best.
