Write down your feelings about the sight that you have soaked in today. How has your experience in China been different from what you are used to in Singapore?
I feel that the system of education there is very different from that of Singapore’s and I think that the students there have lesser distractions e.g. PSP, IPOD etc.
Reflect on your home-stay experience, what have you learnt these past few days?
I’ve learnt very much on their way of life, customs and culture for example the fact that they do not use the spoon that often like we do.
What are you most nervous about? How have you overcome it?
I was nervous that they might not be able to accept the way I do certain things in the Singaporean way for example the fact that Singapore use certain slangs.
